England captain Jos Buttler has made history by becoming the first cricketer to score over 600 runs against India in T20s. The 34-year-old batter extended his record with 45 runs in the second T20 match at Chepauk. Buttler has now scored 611 runs in 24 T20 matches against India, surpassing the previous record of 592 runs held by West Indies player Nicholas Pooran.

Buttler (611) is now at the top of the list of players with the most runs in T20s against India. He is followed by Nicholas Pooran (592), Glenn Maxwell (574), and David Miller (524).
